Hi, I’m Serhiy Bryl — the author of AnalyzeCore.

I’ve grown from an analyst to an executive data leader, and I’m glad to share on this blog what I encounter and actually use in my work. At first, these were mostly technical and analytical topics — purely the practical side. As my management experience and education grew, managerial and strategic themes followed.

My most recent pieces are essays on organisational challenges, the role of analytics and strategy, and the changes AI is bringing. These are less “how to do it” and more reflection — an attempt to look ahead: what’s coming, and how to start preparing for it.

Separately, I’m passionate about data visualisation and run a Telegram channel featuring the most striking examples of data storytelling.

AnalyzeCore is now bilingual: technical material is published mostly in English, while management essays are in Ukrainian. It’s a blog for people who work with data and make decisions — analysts, product managers, leaders, and founders.
